Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. For Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership certificate or ID card has been issued.

2. For Event Registration

Application and evaluation fees are non-refundable because they cover review and processing.

3. For Paid Delegate Categories

Refunds may be considered only if cancellation is requested before the stated event deadline. Processing fees and payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Suggested Refund Structure:

• 60+ days before event: Partial refund may be considered.
• 30–59 days before event: Reduced refund or credit may be offered.
• Less than 30 days before event: No refund, except at GLPFI's discretion.
• Transfer to another delegate may be allowed with prior approval.

4. Event Cancellation by GLPFI

If GLPFI cancels or postpones an event, participants may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to the new event date.
